• Custom wrap design and consultation
• Professional wrap printing using premium materials
• Expert installation through our nationwide network of certified installers
• Fleet wrap coordination and management
• Specialty wraps for boats, trailers, walls, floors, and storefronts

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Orders and Payment

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle measurements, material requirements, and installation complexity. We will notify you of any significant pricing changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is typically required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved financing options
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All sales are final once installation begins

Design and Approval Process

• Design concepts will be provided within 7-14 business days of order placement
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before printing
• Changes to approved designs may incur additional charges
• You represent that you have the rights to all logos, images, and content provided
• We are not responsible for spelling, grammatical, or design errors in client-approved artwork

Installation Terms

• Installation typically takes 3-5 business days per vehicle
• Vehicles must be clean and in good condition for installation
• We reserve the right to refuse installation on damaged or unsuitable surfaces
• You are responsible for removing existing wraps, decals, or graphics unless otherwise agreed
• Installation times are estimates and may vary based on weather, vehicle condition, and other factors

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials:

• Material Warranty: 3M and Avery Dennison materials come with manufacturer warranties (typically 3-7 years depending on material)
• Installation Warranty: We guarantee our installation workmanship for 1 year from installation date
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or environmental factors beyond our control
• Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period

Care and Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, you must:

• Hand wash or use touchless car washes only (no brush washes)
• Avoid high-pressure washers directly on wrap edges
• Park in shade when possible to extend wrap life
• Remove environmental contaminants (bird droppings, tree sap) promptly
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations before design approval: Full refund minus $250 consultation fee
• Cancellations after design approval but before printing: 50% refund
• Cancellations after printing begins: No refund (all sales final)
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to material unavailability or other circumstances
• Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days

Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain all rights to your logos, trademarks, and content
• We retain rights to design concepts and layouts created by our team
• We may use photos of completed projects for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise
• You agree not to reproduce our designs for other providers

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for damage to vehicles during installation unless caused by our negligence
• You assume all risk for any pre-existing vehicle damage

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida
• Any legal action must be brought in Jacksonville, Florida courts
• You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration where applicable

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
